老年肌少症患者的早期筛查与干预研究进展

Research progress of early screening and intervention in patients with senile sarcopenia

老年肌少症发病率高,可增加患者跌倒、致残和再入院风险,加重社会医疗和经济负担,加速衰老与死亡。准确识别并提供针对性的干预是当下老年医学研究的重点。对于合并老年肌少症的高危人群,要早期筛查,及时根据疾病特征提供针对性的干预措施。本文对老年肌少症患者的常用评价工具和干预措施进行综述,指出当前老年肌少症的有效干预措施包括增加营养支持、加强运动干预及开展中医传统功法治疗;同时对众多评价工具进行总结以区别早期筛查工具的特异性和应用价值,以期为临床实践提供参考。

The incidence rate of senile sarcopenia is high,which can increase the risk of falls,disability,and readmission,increase the social medical and economic burden,and accelerate aging and death.Accurately identifying and providing targeted interventions is the focus of current geriatric research.For high risk populations with senile sarcopenia,early screening is necessary and targeted intervention measures should be provided in a timely manner based on characteristics of the disease.This article provides a review of commonly used evaluation tools and intervention measures for patients with senile sarcopenia.It points out that effective intervention measures for senile sarcopenia including increase nutritional support,strengthen exercise intervention,and carry out traditional Chinese medicine therapy.At the same time,summary of numerous evaluation tools is aimed at distinguishing the specificity and application value of early screening tools,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
