基于多元评价的初中英语作业分层设计与实施

摘要 随着新课标的出台,教育界对尊重学生个体差异、坚持全面发展和培养独立个性的教育理念越来越关注。传统的“一刀切”英语作业无法满足学生个体能力差异和英语学习兴趣的需求,也无助于提升学生的学习能力和文化意识,学生无法实现个性化发展。针对这一问题,教师应更加注意对学生进行诊断性和形成性相结合的多元化评价,根据学生的学习能力、学习兴趣等方面的差异将学生分为A、B、C三种不同层次,并遵循“因材施教”原则构建一个围绕“巩固、实践、迁移”三要素的作业分层体系,根据学生的水平和能力适配不同难度和量度的作业,以作业分层促进不同层次的学生共同进步,不断激发学生的英语学习兴趣,培养学生的综合语言运用能力。 With the introduction of the new curriculum standard,the education sector has been paying more and more attention to the educational concepts of respecting students’individual differences,adhering to all-round development and fostering independent personalities.However,the same tasks cannot meet the needs of students’individual differences in abilities and interests in learning English,nor can they help to improve students’learning ability and cultural awareness,and they’re impossible to realize personalized development.To address this problem,teachers should carry out a combination of diagnostic and formative diversified assessment of students.The students will be divided into three different levels,such as A,B,C,according to their differences in learning abilities,learning interests and other aspects of the learning process,following the principle of“individualized teaching”to build a comprehensive assessment system around the“consolidation,practice,transfer”principle.Students at different levels can be matched with assignments at different levels,and they can make progress together,so that students’interest in learning English will be stimulated continuously and their abilities to use English in a comprehensive way will be cultivated.
