摘要
中央定调加快构建房地产发展新模式以来,代建业务迎来快速增长。本文分析了该增长的政策背景,梳理了国内外代建行业的发展历程,并以绿城代建业务18年的发展实践为例,深入分析其与房地产调整节点的相关性。剖析发展历程与关键决策,针对业务模式进行阐述与解析,提出了发展代建模式所需的必要条件,并展望代建行业未来可能的发展方向。
Since the central government accelerated the construction of a new development model for real estate,as a typical example,the agent-construction has experienced a rapid growth.This article analyzes the policy background of the rapid growth of the agent-construction,sorts out the development process of the construction agency industry home and abroad,taking the 18-year-development practice of Greentown's agent-construction business as an example,this paper analyzes in depth its correlation with the adjustment nodes of the real estate industry.Analyzes the development process and key decisions,elaborates and analyzes its business model,summarizes the necessary conditions for developing the construction agency model,and looks forward to the possible future development direction of the agent-construction industry.
