摘要
中国古代非常注重抗疫防治技术和方法,通过隔离方法、环境消杀和药物研发技术防止疫病蔓延;中国古代亦重视抗疫防治机制,通过尸骨掩埋安葬措施、防疫卫生宣传、防控报告预警和赈灾免赋管理机制等来消除疫病对国家和社会的危害。
In ancient China,great attention was paid to the techniques and methods of epidemic prevention and control,preventing the spread of epidemics with the methods of isolation,environmental sanitation and disinfection,and drug research and development.Ancient Chinese people also attached great importance to the anti-epidemic prevention and control mechanism,and eliminated the harmful influence of the epidemic on the country and society by means of proper burial measures,public health publicity,reporting and early warning,and disaster relief measures and tax exemptions.
