摘要
育人的根本在于立德。立德在向善,向善性是教学的根本特性,教学善是教学伦理研究的最高问题。“有仁爱心”“做好人”和“劝人向善”等伦理规范是中华传统文化语境中儒、道、释诸家的共同追求。西方文化语境对善的研究有规范分析和元伦理学分析两个阶段。教学善研究的问题有五个方面:教学正当性、教学行为善、教学责任善、教学评价善、学术诚信善。教学善的问题拓展了教学论的学术空间。
"The foundation of education lies in morality."Morality lies in goodness,and goodness is the fundamental characteristic of teaching.Goodness in teaching is the highest problem in the study of teaching ethics.Ethical norms such as"being benevolent and loving","being a good person"and"advising people to be good"are the common pursuit of Confucianists,Daoists and Buddhists in the context of traditional Chinese culture.The study of goodness in the context of Western culture has two stages:normative analysis and meta-ethics analysis.There are five aspects in the research of teaching goodness:teaching legitimacy,teaching behavior goodness,teaching responsibility goodness,teaching evaluation goodness,academic integrity goodness.The study of goodness in teaching has expanded the academic space of curriculum andpedagogye.
