摘要
为探究双机组垂直轴潮流能水轮机的水动力特性及其干扰规律,基于计算流体动力学方法,对双机组水轮机在定常流下的水动力载荷进行数值计算;研究相对间距、初始相位角和相对偏移距离等参数对双机组水轮机水动力载荷和性能的影响,并分析其干扰规律。结果表明:相比单机组水轮机,双机组水轮机的平均能量利用率更高,并且随着相对间距的增加而逐渐降低;对称布置的双机组水轮机的旋转方式应设计为内旋,此时平均能量利用率最高,而机组侧向力相互抵消;不同旋转方式下均存在最佳的初始相位角和相对偏移距离,使双机组的平均能量利用率达到最大值。研究结果可为多机组垂直轴潮流电站设计的布置方案提供依据和参考。
In order to explore the hydrodynamic characteristics and interference law of the vertical axis power flow turbine of the double unit,the hydrodynamic load of the double turbine under constant flow is numerically calculated based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method.The influence of relative spacing,initial phase angle and relative offset distance on the hydrodynamic load and performance of the two-unit turbine is studied,and the interference law is analyzed.The results show that compared with single-unit turbines,the average energy utilization rate of two-unit turbines is higher,and it gradually decreases with the increase of relative spacing.The rotation mode of the symmetrically arranged double turbine should be designed as internal rotation,when the average energy utilization rate is highest,the lateral force of the unit cancels each other.The best initial phase angle and relative offset distance exist under different rotation modes,so that the average energy utilization rate of the two units reaches the maximum.The research results can provide a basis and reference for designing the layout scheme of multi-unit vertical axis power flow power station.
