摘要
碎石基础整平清淤是海底沉管施工重要的作业流程。文章分析了国内外基础整平装置的优缺点。对我国研制的世界首艘船架分离式浮式整平清淤船的船型选择、总布置、作业方式、稳性及耐波性等总体设计要点进行详细论述,总结了适用大水深、高流速水域、适应超宽管节的浮式整平清淤船的设计要点,为此类船型的研发设计提供参考。
Leveling and dredging of gravel foundation is an important operation process for underwater sinking pipe construction.The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign basic leveling devices.A detailed discussion is given on the overall design points of the world's first separated floating leveling and dredging ship developed in China,including the selection of ship type,overall layout,operation mode,stability,and sea keeping capacity.The design points of a floating leveling and dredging ship suitable for large water depths,high flow velocity waters,and ultra wide pipe sections are summarized,providing reference for the development and design of such ship types.
