With the deepening of China'seducational system reform and economic and social development,physical education has receivedmore and more attention and emphasis.This study aims to explore the impact of primary and middle school physical education on the value of migration.First of all,through the analysis of the important role of physical education in primary and middle school education,including physical and psychological effects.Then,this study also discusses the contemporary value of physical education in primary and middle schools,including the cultural value and aesthetic value of the embodiment.Finally,lookingforward to the future development of physical education in primary and middle schools,the study putsforward some suggestions,such as the dual unity of interest and game,the synergy between culture and education,and the construction of a new type of physical education teaching evaluation system.Through the analysis of the above content,this paper concludes that primary and middle school physical education have migration value,which can help students develop good learning habits,enhance memory and thinking,and lay a solid foundation for students' academic careers.
