摘要
该研究以“新文科”理念为指导,探讨了社会体育指导与管理专业的协同育人人才培养模式。首先,分析了文科教育与社会体育指导与管理专业的关联性,认识到文科教育对培养社会体育专业人才的重要性。其次,阐述了“新文科”理念在社会体育指导与管理专业中的应用,包括课程设置和教学方法等方面的创新。再次,构建了协同育人模式,强调了合作与互动的原则,并提出了实施和评价的方法。最后,通过实践案例分析,验证了该模式的可行性和效果。该文对推进社会体育指导与管理专业的协同育人模式具有重要意义。
This study explores a collaborative talent cultivation model for social sports instruction and management majors,guided by the concept of "new liberal arts".Firstly,it analyzes the relevance of liberal arts education and community sports guidance and management majors,and recognizes the importance of liberal arts education in cultivating social sports professionals.Secondly,the application of the concept of "new liberal arts" in the social sports guidance and management majors was elaborated,including the innovation of curriculum and teaching methods.Then,a collaborative education model is constructed,emphasizing the principles of cooperation and interaction,and proposing methods of implementation and evaluation.Finally,the feasibility and effect of the model were verified through practical case studies.The paper is of great significance in promoting the collaborative education model of social sports instruction and management majors.
