高职院校体育教师专业发展,是新时代高职院校体育教育教学质量提升的关键,也是高职院校高质量内涵式发展的重要举措。当前中国高等职业在体育教师专业化发展方面还存在着很多问题,作为体育教学实施者的体育教师群体,其专业化的发展是高职院校体育教师发展的核心部分。基于此,主要是针对目前新时期发展环境给体育教师专业发展造成的影响和存在的问题进行深入分析和研究,并且提出合理的建议和对策。

The professional development of physical education teachers in vocational colleges and universities is the key to improve the quality of physical education teaching in vocational colleges and universities in the new era,and is also an important measure for the high-quality and connotative development of vocational collegesand universities.At present,China's higher vocational in the professional development of physical education teachers there are still many problems,as the physical education teachingimplementer of the physical education teacher group,its professional developmentis the core part of the development of physical education teachers in higher vocational collegesand universities.Based on this,we mainly focus on the impact and problems of the current development environment in the new period on the professional development of physical education teachers to carry out in-depth analysis and research,and put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures.
