冰雪项目在中学体育教学中开展路径的分析

Analysis of the Development Path of Ice and Snow Itemsin Middle School Physical Education Teaching

中国高度重视和大力推广冰雪运动,开展冰雪项目的中学体育教学在丰富教学内容、提高学生体质、弘扬冰雪文化等方面发挥着积极作用。然而受限于资源条件和地域差异等诸多因素的影响,中国众多中学尤其是基层中学目前在开展冰雪项目体育教育方面仍面临场地设备短缺、师资能力不足、经费投入有限等困难。其中东南沿海等传统冰雪运动基础欠发达地区的情况尤为突出,成为阻碍中国中学生冰雪运动普及的重要制约因素。如何推动冰雪运动进一步走进上百万学校和家庭,实现有序可持续发展是当前亟待解决的重大社会问题。基于此,该文调查分析了当下冰雪项目在中学体育教学中的现状特点、主要问题以及未来发展路径,并从加强顶层设计和政策扶持、立体化增加经费投入渠道、重点完善场地设施建设、有针对性增强师资队伍建设以及深入开展冰雪文化宣传普及等维度提出一系列切实可行的建议。

China attaches great importance to and vigorously promotes ice and snow sports,and the teachingof physical educationin middle schoolin which ice and snow sports are practised plays an positive role in enriching the teaching content,improving the students' physical fitness,and promoting the culture ofice and snow and so on.However,due to the influence of many factors such as resource conditions and geographical differences,many middle schools in China,especially grassroots middle schools,are still facing difficulties in carrying out ice and snow sports education,such as shortage of venues and equipment,insufficientteachers' capacity and limitedfinancialinvestment.Among them,the situation of the southeasterncoast and other traditional ice and snow sports foundation is particularly prominent.This has become an important restriction factor hindering the popularization of ice and snow sports among middle school students in China.How to promote ice and snow sports further into millions of schools and familiesand achieve orderly and sustainable development is a major social problem that needs to be solvedurgently.Based on this,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation,characteristics,main problems and future development path of ice and snow items in middle school physical education,andputsforward a series of practical suggestions from the dimensions of strengthening top-level design and policy support,three-dimensional increase in funding channels,focusingon improving venues and facilitiesconstruction,targeted enhancement of the constructionof teaching staff,and in-depth development of the popularization of ice and snow cultural promotion.
