摘要
核心力量训练是提升人体平衡能力、身体控制力、爆发力的关键。该文采用文献资料法、实验对比法、数理统计法等,以白银一中50名高二男子短跑运动员为实验对象,通过20周的系统训练,对比训练前后的短跑成绩变化情况。实验结果显示,进行核心力量训练后,运动员的耐力提升明显,爆发力提升不明显,核心力量有明显提高。针对实验结果,认为核心力量训练对提升短跑运动员成绩有帮助作用。体育教师应重视核心力量训练,明确训练目标,构建完善的短跑运动员训练体系。
Core strength training is the key to improvethe body's balance,body control,and explosive power.This paper adopts the literature method,experimental comparisonmethod,and mathematical statisticsmethod,etc.,to take 50 sophomore male sprinters in Baiyin No.1 Middle Schoolas the experimental object,and compare the changes in sprinting performance before and after the training through 20 weeks of systematic training.The experimental results show that after core strength training,the endurance of athletes is significantly improved,but the explosive power is not significantly improved,and the core strength is significantly improved.Based on the experimental results,it is believed that core strength training is helpful in improving the performance of sprinters.Physical education teachers should attach importance to core strength training,clarify the training objectives,and build a perfect training system for sprinters.
