伴随信息技术的出现,数字化人才培养成为诸多领域关注的重点。在体育产业领域,加强数字化人才培养也至关重要。目前,体育产业数字化人才培养受到多因素的影响,还面临一些困境。该文首先阐释了体育产业数字化人才的内涵及培养的意义,然后结合目前中国体育产业数字化人才培养困境,针对性提出了相关的培育对策。

With the emergence of information technology,digital talent cultivation has become the focus of attention in many fields.In the field of sports industry,it's also crucial to strengthen the cultivation of digital talents.At present,the cultivation of digital talents in the sports industry is affected by multiple factors and still faces some dilemmas.This paper firstlyexplains the connotation and significance of cultivation of digital talents in the sports industry,and then proposes relevant cultivation countermeasures by combining with the current dilemmas of digital talents cultivationin China's sports industry.
