摘要
心理健康是大学生综合素质全面发展的重要组成部分。该文旨在探讨体育运动对大学生心理健康的积极影响,并提出相应的促进策略。通过文献综述和实证研究发现体育运动在促进大学生心理健康方面具有十分重要的价值,对缓解压力、增强信心、改善情绪以及提升身体素质等方面都有着积极的影响。基于此,该文针对当前中国大学生普遍存在的心理健康问题,建议加强心理健康教育与日常体育教学的结合,建立民主平等的师生关系,加强学生心理素质的专项训练,及时消除学生心理障碍,创设良好的教学心理环境等,以帮助大学生充分享受体育运动在促进心理健康方面的益处。
Mental health is an important part of the all-round development of college students'comprehensive quality.This paper aims to explore the positive effects of physical education and sports on college students'mental health,andto put forward corresponding promotion strategies.Through literature review and empirical research,it is found that sports have a very important value in promoting the mental health of college students,and have a positive impact on relieving stress,enhancing confidence,improving physical fitness,etc.Based on this,the paper suggests strengthening the combination of mental health education and daily physical education,establishing a democratic and equal teacher-student relationship.strengthening the special training of students'mental quality,eliminating students'psychological barriers in a timely manner,and creating a good psychological environment for teaching and learning in order to help college students to fully enjoy the benefits of physical education and sports in the promotion of mental health.
