大学武术课思政教学设计与开展探究

In the process of achieving the general task of establishing morality and cultivating people,ideological and political education plays an indispensable and important role.By integrating ideological and political education into the teaching ofvarious subjects,achieving the comprehensive improvement of students'comprehensive quality,and cultivating talents with both moral and aptitude is the current requirement of educationin colleges and universities.Martial arts is not only a sports activity that benefits students'physical fitness,but also an important part of Chinese traditional culture,which is of great significance for students'thinking and psychology.Therefore,martial arts coursesin colleges and universities,it is necessary to attach great importance to the design and implementation of ideological and political teaching,fully leverage the positive significance of martial arts courses for students'physical and mental growth,reflectingthe value of ideological and political education in the courses.
