摘要
针对中小学生肥胖的现象,加强高强度间歇训练非常重要,不只是能够减少学生的体重、体脂,也可以增强学生的肌肉力量与心肺功能,提升学生的心理健康水平,促进学生的脂肪燃烧。在这样的情况下,不只是能够改善学生的身体健康情况,也能够提升学生的学习质量与学习效率,有效改善中小学生的肥胖现象。基于此,该文主要是针对高强度间歇训练对中小学生肥胖的改善效果进行研究,以此为有关研究的顺利展开提供参考。
In view of the obesity of primary and secondary school students,it is very important to strengthen high-intensity interval training,which can not only reduce students'weight and body fat,but also enhance students'muscle strength and cardiopulmonary function,improve students'mental health and promote students'fat burning.Under such circumstances,it can not only improve students'physical health,but also improve students'learning quality and efficiency,and effectively improve the obesity of primary and secondary school students.Based on this,this paper mainly focuses on the improvement effect of high-intensity interval training on obesity of primary and secondary school students,so as to provideareference for the smooth development of relevant research.
