射击运动员比赛成绩与抗压能力的关系研究——以杭州射击中心射击队为例

摘要 射击的研究包括身体素质,运动技能等,相对于其他运动项目,中国关于射击运动的研究关注心理方面的居多。通过研究与分析比赛成绩的构成因素,对运动员取得优异成绩有一定帮助。该文通过向杭州射击中心射击运动员发放调查问卷、交流访谈、整理分析,并结合查询相关研究文献,得出以下结论:第一,运动员的压力来源比较广,有来自外界客观因素的压力,有运动队队员之间的压力,也有运动员自我要求造成的压力。第二,抗压能力的高低与比赛成绩的关系基本成正比,抗压能力强的运动员,往往可以更好地发挥出自己的水平。抗压能力是对成绩的影响因素之一,是分析比赛成绩不可缺少的一个指标。第三,运动员之间的个体差异性较大。每个运动员都有自己的个人特点,不同的缓解压力的调节方法对于不同运动员的调节效果也不一样。 The research on shooting in China includes physical quality and motor skills.Compared with other sports,the research on shooting sports in China focuses mostly on psychological aspects.By researching and analyzing the components of competition performance,it is helpful for athletes to achieve excellent results.Through distributing questionnaires to shooting athletes in Hangzhou Shooting Center,exchanging interviews,collating and analyzing,and combining with querying related research literature,the paper draws the following conclusions:first,the source of pressure of athletes is relatively wide,with pressure from external objective factors,pressure among the members of the sports team,and pressure caused by the athletes'self-demands.Secondly,the relationship between the level of stress resistance and competition performance is basically proportional,and athletes with high stress resistance can often perform better.Resistance to pressure is one of the influencing factors on performance,and is an indispensable index for analyzing competition performance.Thirdly,there are large individual differences among athletes.Each athlete has his or her own personal characteristics,and different regulating methods to relieve stress have different regulating effects on different athletes.
