电力电缆温升特性研究及载流量计算

摘要 电力电缆通常敷设于地下,一旦发生故障,很难及时发现和维修。通过对电力电缆的温升特性研究和载流量计算可以有效减少电缆故障的发生。结合仿真试验、最优化算法以及对试验数据的归纳完成温度场分析和载流量计算。为确保有限元计算的准确性,使用最优化算法对模型进行校正。将校正后的有限元模型输入外界条件和电力电缆导体长期发热最高允许温度,通过迭代计算的方式得到电缆载流量。通过分析仿真试验的数据,总结出了电力电缆载流量与外界环境之间的函数关系,通过该函数关系可以快速估算电力电缆的动态载流量。经过温度场和载流量的计算,得到电力电缆电流的阈值,达到兼顾电缆安全可靠性和充分利用电缆传输能力的目的。 Power cables are usually laid underground,so once failure occurs,it is difficult to find and repair in time.By studying the temperature rise characteristics of power cables and calculating the current carrying capacity,the occurrence of cable faults can be effectively reduced.Combined with simulation experiment,optimization algorithm and experimental data induction,temperature field analysis and current-carrying capacity calculation are completed.In order to ensure the accuracy of finite element calculation,the optimization algorithm is used to correct the model.The corrected finite element model is input into the external conditions and the maximum allowable temperature of power cable conductor for long term heating,and the cable carrying capacity is obtained by iterative calculation.By analyzing the simulation test data,the functional relationship between the load capacity of power cable and the external environment is summarized,and the dynamic load capacity of power cable can be quickly estimated.Through the calculation of temperature field and carrying current,the threshold value of power cable current is obtained,which can take into account the safety and reliability of the cable and make full use of the transmission capacity of the cable.
