耳座机器人焊接系统夹具的研制

摘要 针对石油钻机耳座在人工焊接过程中出现的劳动强度大、效率低、质量不稳定等问题,研制了一种耳座机器人焊接系统夹具。介绍了这一夹具的结构和技术参数。这一夹具主要由夹具体、定位座、定位销、顶紧座、顶紧螺杆、滑动压板组件、丝杠对中定位压紧组件组成,可用于多种规格耳座的自动化焊接。应用结果表明,耳座机器人焊接系统夹具与焊接变位机有机结合,可以有效保证焊接质量,大幅降低劳动强度,显著提高焊接效率。 In view of the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and unstable quality in the manual welding process of oil drilling rig ear holder,a fixture for robot welding system of ear holder was developed.The structure and technical parameter of this fixture were introduced.This fixture is mainly composed of clamping body,positioning seat,positioning pin,hold up seat,hold up screw,sliding pressing plate assembly,and screw centering positioning and pressing assembly,which can be used for automatic welding of ear holder of various specifications.The application result shows that the organic combination of the fixture for robot welding system of ear holder and the welding positioner can effectively ensure the welding quality,greatly reduce the labor intensity,and significantly improve the welding efficiency.
