摘要
隔离架生产中采用大型机床整体机加工,存在精度低、效率低、生产成本高的问题。对此,在分析隔离架结构的基础上,研制了一种隔离架组合用快速精确定位装置。分析了两种设计方案,并确定了最终方案。介绍了定位装置工作原理,给出了实施步骤,并分析了应用效果。
In the production of the isolation frame,the large machine tool is used for overall machining,which has the problems of low precision,low efficiency and high production cost.In this regard,on the basis of analyzing the structure of the isolation frame,a fast and precise positioning device for the isolation frame combination was developed.Two design schemes were analyzed,and the final scheme was determined.The working principle of the positioning device was introduced,the implementation step was given,and the application effect was analyzed.
