摘要
针对小型薄板类零件装夹方式烦琐、加工效率低的问题,结合零件结构特点,进行高效加工方法研究。将传统加工方法与成组加工方法进行对比分析,结合小型薄板类零件的共性特征,通过整合零件毛坯,改进装夹方式,优化工艺思路,提出成组加工工艺。成组加工工艺可以实现多个同类型小型薄板类零件的同步加工,将原本需要多次重复执行的工艺流程优化为一次执行,相比单件加工,生产辅助准备时间缩短,加工装夹次数减少,并可有效延长数控设备的连续切削时间,提高设备利用率和整体加工效率。
In view of the problems of cumbersome clamping mode and low processing efficiency of small thin plate part,the research on efficient processing method was carried out in combination with the structural characteristic of part.The traditional processing method and the group processing method were compared and analyzed,combined with the common characteristic of small thin plate part,the clamping method was improved by integrating the part blank,the process idea was optimized,and the group processing technology was proposed.The group processing technology can realize synchronous machining of multiple small thin plate parts with same type to optimize the origin technological process needed to be executed several times repeatedly to executing one time.Compared with single piece processing,the production auxiliary preparation time was shortened,the numbers of processing and clamping were reduced,and the continuous cutting time of CNC equipment can be effectively extended,and the equipment utilization rate and overall processing efficiency can be improved.
