基于直线拟合的弯管补偿技术

摘要 弯管过程中存在回弹现象,管件弯曲时,需要考虑对回弹角进行补偿。基于材料应力应变过程,推导回弹角公式,提出基于直线拟合的弯管补偿技术。采用最小二乘法对理论弯曲角度与实际测量角度进行直线拟合,获得管件的回弹补偿因数,由此实现弯管回弹角的快速补偿。 There is a spring back phenomenon in the process of bending,and when the pipeline is bent,it is necessary to consider compensating for the rebound angle.Based on the stress strain process of material,the formula of rebound angle was derived,and the bend compensation technology based on straight line fitting was proposed.The least squares method was used to fit the theoretical bending angle and the actual measured angle in a straight line,and the rebound compensation factor of the pipeline was obtained,so as to realize the rapid compensation for the rebound angle when bending pipeline.
