摘要
电磁继电器是最常用的电气元件之一,大量安装于地铁车辆的各个控制电路中,失效后果严重。触点随机失效是电磁继电器随机失效的最主要原因,对触点随机失效进行分析,确认失效机理。采用韦布尔分布,对电磁继电器剩余使用寿命进行预测,可以在满足安全可靠的前提下,降低维护成本。
Electromagnetic relay is one of the most commonly used electrical components,and is widely installed in each control circuit of metro,with serious consequence if it is failed.Random failure of contact is the main cause of random failure in electromagnetic relay,so it is necessary to analyze the random failure of contact and confirm the failure mechanism.Adopting Weibull distribution to predict the remaining service life of electromagnetic relay can reduce maintenance cost while ensuring safety and reliability.
