介绍了离子膜法烧碱生产中实施的节能降耗举措,包括降低原盐、亚硫酸钠的消耗;延长树脂塔再生周期,回收螯合树脂塔再生废水;回收氯酸盐淡盐水,降低自用碱耗;推动生产线的自动化,降低人工成本等。
The paper summarizes some energy saving and consumption reduction measures in the production of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda,such as reducing the consumption of raw salt and sodium sulfite,prolonging the regeneration cycle of resin tower to recover the wastewater from the regeneration of chelating resin tower;recycle chlorate fresh brine,reduce the consumption of alkali,actively promote the automation of production line to reduce labor costs.
