健康养老建筑心理舒适度评价体系研究

Psychological Comfort Evaluation System of Healthy Endowment Buildings

基于健康中国战略,我国对养老建筑的健康性设计提出了更高的要求,但老年人日益严重的心理健康问题不仅对其自身生理健康造成了威胁,亦对我国养老建筑的空间、服务与设施水平带来严峻挑战。针对这一状况,使用层次分析法和德尔菲法,建立了健康养老建筑心理舒适度评价体系,所得到的评价体系共包含安全性、社会性、娱乐性和康复性4个准则层指标和20个指标层指标,其中安全性指标占比最高。此外,该文以黑龙江省海员爱心护理院为例,进行了评价体系应用与分析。研究成果可为养老建筑的更新和老年事业的发展进步提供参考。

Based on the Healthy China strategy,our country has put forward higher requirements for the health design of elderly care buildings,but the increasingly serious mental health problems of the elderly not only pose a threat to their own physical health,but also bring severe challenges to the space,service and facility level of our country's elderly care buildings.In response to this situation,using the analytic hierarchy process and the Delphi method,a psychological comfort evaluation system for healthy elderly care buildings was established,which includes four criteria layer indicators of safety,sociality,entertainment and rehabilitation,and 20 index layer indicators,among which safety indicators have the highest proportion.In addition,taking Heilongjiang Province Seamen's Love Nursing Home as an example,we carry out the application and analysis of the evaluation system.The research results can provide reference for the renewal of elderly care buildings and the development and progress of elderly affairs.
