基于空间句法与实证数据对比的福州苍霞社区公共空间微更新

Micro-renewal of Public Space in Cangxia Community of Fuzhou Based on Comparison of Space Syntax and Behavior Measurement

老旧社区更新作为重要城市发展与惠民工程,对满足人民群众美好生活需要、扩大内需、推进城市更新具有重大意义。该文以福州苍霞社区为例,在先期调研中针对社区公共空间现状进行摸排,运用多元数据采集社区居民群像特征与社区内公共空间节点的使用频次;同时利用空间句法理论对社区内现存物质空间进行分析,并生成参数指标,量化分析其构成特征。将社区内公共空间节点实际使用数据与空间句法模型参数指标做匹配度分析,制定相对应的更新策略。

As an important urban development and benefit project,old community renewal is of great significance to meet people's needs for a better life,to expand domestic demand and to promote urban renewal.Taking Cangxia Community in Fuzhou as an example,we conducted a survey on the status quo of community public space in the preliminary investigation,and used multivariate data to collect the community residents'group image characteristics and the frequency of use of public space nodes in the community.At the same time,space syntax theory was used to analyze the existing material space in the community,and generated parameter index,and quantified its composition characteristics.The matching degree between the actual usage data of public space nodes in the community and the parameter indexes of the space syntax model was analyzed,and the corresponding update strategy was developed.
