摘要
使用硫酸镍、磷酸二氢铵、柠檬酸钠和钨酸钠在泡沫镍为载体的基底上,采用电沉积方法制备Ni-W磷化物电催化剂,通过SEM和EDS测试催化剂的结构形貌及样品表面的元素分布,并通过电化学测试催化剂的析氧、析氢及催化活性等参数。结果表明,在100 mA/cm^(2)电流密度下,Ni-W磷化物电位为231 mV,相较于Ni磷化物催化活性性能提高了12%;Ni-W磷化物的双电层电容(C dl)值为35.72 mF/cm^(2),相较于Ni磷化物的活性表面积提高近1.3倍。
Nickel sulfate,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate,sodium citrate and sodium tungstate were used to prepare the Ni-W phosphide electrodeposition on the substrate supported by nickel foam.The structural morphology of the catalyst and the distribution of elements on the surface of the sample were tested by SEM and EDS,and the parameters of oxygen evolution,hydrogen evolution and catalytic activity of the catalyst were tested by electrochemistry.The results show that the potential of Ni-W phosphide is 231 mV at the current density of 100 mA/cm^(2),which is 12%higher than that of Ni phosphide.The catalytic area(C dl)of Ni-W phosphide is 35.72 mF/cm^(2),which is nearly 1.3 times higher than the active area of Ni phosphide.
