摘要
阐述了山东省水文站网概况,对水文站、水位站、雨量站、墒情站、地下水站和水质站从全省、淮河流域、海河流域、黄河流域角度进行了站网密度评价,并对站网布局合理性及监测能力进行了分析。针对存在的问题从雨水情监测预报“三道防线”建设、构建水文站网体系、提升水文监测能力、赋能水文站网服务领域等方面提出对策建议,为最严格水资源管理、河湖生态保护提供有力支撑,为山东现代水网筑牢基础。
In the paper,it outlines the general situation of hydrological networks in Shandong Province and evaluates the network density of hydrological stations,water level stations,rainfall stations,soil moisture stations,groundwater stations,and water quality stations from the perspectives of the entire province,the Huaihe River,the Haihe Riveer,and Yellow River basins.It also analyzes the rationality of the station layout and monitoring capabilities.Addressing existing issues,it proposes strategies focusing on the construction of a“three-tiered defense system”for rainwater monitoring and forecasting,building a systematic network of hydrological stations,enhancing hydrological monitoring capabilities,and empowering the service areas of hydrological networks.These recommendations aim to provide robust support for stringent water resource management and the protection of river and lake ecosystems,thereby solidifying the foundation for Shandong's modern water network.
