水利工程是国民经济发展的重要支撑,涉及到水资源利用、水环境保护、工程建设和运维等多个方面。然而,由于水利工程项目的复杂性和特殊性,水利工程审计面临着审计流程不规范、数据采集与分析不准确、审计报告不规范以及监督与评价不到位等问题,本文探讨了这些问题的表现,分析了问题成因,并提出了解决对策。

Water resources engineering is a crucial support for national economic development,involving aspects such as water resource utilization,environmental protection,construction,and operation and maintenance.However,due to the complexity and specificity of water resources engineering projects,the auditing process faces challenges such as non-standard audit procedures,inaccurate data collection and analysis,non-standard audit reports,and inadequate supervision and evaluation.In the paper,it discusses these issues,analyzes their causes,and proposes solutions.
