运用《金匮要略》水气病理论探讨乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿辨治

Discussion on the Differentiation and Treatment of Lymphedema after Breast Cancer Surgery by Applying the Theory of the Disease of Water Qi in the Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber

“水气病”源于《黄帝内经》,成于《金匮要略》,是对人体津液异常代谢所产生的一系列疾病的总称,水肿则是水气病的一种症状表现。中医古籍中虽未见乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的描述,但其发病特征与水气病类似。本文试从《金匮要略》水气病角度探讨乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的辨治,以挖掘经典方剂及中药在肿瘤方面的临床应用价值,进一步为乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的中医药诊疗拓展思路与方法。

Originated from the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon,“the disease of water qi”formed in the Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber.It is a general term for a series of diseases caused by abnormal metabolism of body fluids.Edema is a symptom of the disease of water qi.Although there is no description of lymphedema after breast cancer surgery in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),its pathogenesis is similar to that of the disease of water qi.This article tried to explore the differentiation and treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery from the perspective of the disease of water qi in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,so as to explore the clinical application value of classic prescriptions and Chinese medicine in tumor,and to further expand the thinking and methods for TCM diagnosis and treatment of lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.
