轧制法6.5%Si钢薄带组织与性能关系研究

摘要 以温轧工艺制备6.5%Si钢薄带为研究背景,在不同退火温度下对添加Nb、B元素的温轧板进行组织调控。结果表明,750℃退火晶粒尺寸为22.2μm,样品冷轧后可轧制出宽度为100 mm表面质量良好的0.10 mm薄带,在1 200℃退火1 h后磁感应强度B_8为1.29 T,铁损P_(10/400)为5.46 W/kg,综合磁性能优于同规格的JNEX产品。 Taking the 6.5%Si thin steel strips produced by warm rolling process as the subject investigated,the microstructures in warm rolled steel sheets with adding elements of Nb and B was adjusted and controlled at different annealing temperatures.The study results showed that their grain sizes after annealing these investigated warm rolled steel sheets at 750℃were about 22.2μm,and the samples taken by these steel sheets could be rolled into a 0.10 mm thin strip with the width of 100 mm and good surface quality by cold rolling.After annealing the thin strip at 1200℃for 1 h,the magnetic induction B8 was 1.29 T,and the iron loss P10/400 was 5.46 W/kg,while its comprehensive magnetic properties were better than those of JNEX products with the same specifications.
