摘要
针对冶金行业中,特别是热轧企业较为恶劣的工作环境,液压、润滑系统极易进水并发生油液乳化的问题,提出了智能型多功能油液监测分离控制技术,并介绍了该技术的装置和原理。基于试用情况,通过采取调整循环过滤泵参数、优化循环过滤泵工作时间和加热温度、优化装置安装位置、安装分离滤芯和手动排除杂质等措施,有效解决了液压、润滑系统油液乳化问题,减少了液压冲击和系统泄漏现象,年均节约成本约530.56万元。
In allusion to the problem that the hydraulic and lubricating systems was easy to get water in and oil emulsion occurred due to severe operating conditions in metallurgical industry,especially in hot rolling enterprises,the intelligent multifunctional oil monitoring and separation control technology was proposed.And then the device and principle in terms of the application of the technology were introduced.Based on the trial results,by taking such measures as adjusting the parameters for the circulating filter pump,optimizing the working time and heating temperature of the circulating filter pump,optimizing the installation position of the device,installing the separation filter element and removing impurities manually,the problem of oil emulsification in the hydraulic and lubricating systems was effectively solved,while the hydrodynamic shocks and the oil system leakages were reduced.As a result the annual cost was saved by about 5,305,600 yuan on the average.
