基于功能化金属有机骨架材料ZIF-8@GOx的葡萄糖检测方法

摘要 针对当前的葡萄糖检测技术速度不快、灵敏度不高的问题,合成了一种葡萄糖氧化酶功能化的金属有机骨架(metal organic framework materials zeolite imidazole framework-8 for functionalization of glucose oxidase,ZIF-8@GOx)材料,通过添加氯化血红素(Hemin)和鲁米诺(Luminol)试剂,利用化学发光法实现简单、快速的葡萄糖检测。优化实验条件后,ZIF-8@GOx-Hemin-Luminol体系对葡萄糖的检测线性范围为5.0×10^(-6)~1.0×10^(-3)mol/L,检测限为7.2×10^(-7)mol/L。对比其他检测方法,该方法线性范围宽且检测限较低,同时拥有良好的选择性。今后有望将该方法运用于血液及食品中葡萄糖的检测。 To address the issues of slow speed and low sensitivity in current glucose detection technologies,a type of metal organic framework materials zeolite imidazole framework-8 for functionalization of glucose oxidase(ZIF-8@GOx)was synthesized.By adding Hemin and Luminol reagents,a chemiluminescence method was used to achieve simple and rapid glucose detection.After optimizing the experimental conditions,the linear range of the detection of glucose by ZIF-8@GOx-Hemin-Luminol system was 5.0×10^(-6)~1.0×10^(-3)mol/L,and the detection limit was 7.2×10^(-7)mol/L.Compared with other detection methods,the proposed method had wide linear range,low detection limit and good selectivity.This research is expected to be applied to the detection of glucose in blood and food in the future.
