摘要
信息时代的知识获取,已经出现“四化”,即自由化、个性化、一体化、本地化的特点。如是,意味着知识的获取已不再受时空的限制。作为知识传播重要途径的教育期刊,必须积极因应这一信息技术趋势,特别是人工智能技术突飞猛进且方兴未艾的发展趋势带来的挑战。其出路在于:实现信息技术应用与教育期刊发展的整合,进而实现从传统的以编辑为中心的办刊模式向现代的以读者为中心的办刊模式转变。整合的层次具有迭代的特点:第一层次是信息技术应用在工具层面的整合,或者说是工具—手段层面的整合;第二层次是信息技术应用在逻辑层面的整合,或者说是逻辑—系统层面的整合;第三层次是信息技术应用在价值层面的整合,或者说是价值—人文层面的整合。由此形成“三层次”进阶整合架构的“信息技术+教育期刊”格局。
Knowledge acquisition in the information age has been characterized by"quadruple",i.e.liberalization,personalization,integration and localization.As such,it means that the acquisition of knowledge is no longer subject to the limitations of time and space,as an important way of knowledge dissemination of educational journals,must actively respond to the challenges brought about by the development trend of information technology,especially artificial intelligence technology,which is rapidly advancing and booming.The way out lies in:realizing the integration of information technology application and the development of educational journals,and then realizing the transformation from the traditional editor⁃centered journalism to the modern reader⁃centered journalism.The levels of integration are characterized by an iterative process:the first level is the integration of information technology applications at the tool level,or the tool⁃instrument level;the second level is the integration of information technology applications at the logical level,or the logic⁃system level;the third level is the integration of information technology applications at the value level,or the value⁃humanities level.The result is a"three⁃level"price integration structure of"information technology+educational journal".
