乡村振兴背景下全产业链推进功能农业研究——以山西省为例

摘要 功能农业是指通过营养强化技术或其他技术手段进行农业生产,最终生产出具有健康改善功能的功能农产品。而功能食品是指以功能农业生产出的功能农产品为原料,以食品加工业为手段,生产具有补充特定功能性营养,可达到健康改善目的的终极产品。在乡村振兴战略引领下,功能农业为农业经济发展注入政策上的活力,但是功能农业发展依然面临着诸多现实困境。该研究在梳理相关产业情况的基础上,提出存在的问题,并提供解决建议,以期全产业链推进山西省功能农业发展。 Functional agriculture refers to agricultural production through nutrition enhancement technology or other technical means,and finally produce functional agricultural products with the function of health improvement.Functional food refers to the ultimate product which takes functional agricultural products produced by functional agriculture as raw materials and food processing industry as means to supplement specific functional nutrition and achieve the goal of health improvement.Under the guidance of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,functional agriculture has injected policy vitality into the development of agricultural economy,but the development of functional agriculture is still faced with many practical difficulties.On the basis of combing the relevant industries,this study puts forward the existing problems and provides suggestions to solve them,in order to promote the development of functional agriculture in Shanxi Province.
