摘要
针对川麦冬收获时根土分离难度大、易损伤茎苗等问题,设计了一种前置挖掘式小型履带麦冬收获机,由挖掘装置、输送筛选装置、液压装置和行走装置等组成。为确定收获机的可行性,根据三因素三水平响应面试验法构建入土角度、振动链的输送速度、振动轮的振动频率对麦冬收获损伤率、明茎率和带土率的回归模型,优化回归模型得到最优参数组合,即机器的前进速度为0.1m/s、入土角度为20°、振动链的转速为190r/min、振动轮的振动频率为600Hz。试验结果表明:在最优参数组合下,麦冬收获损伤率为2.94%,明茎率为96.7%,带土率为12.5%,达到了较为理想的收获效果。研究可为麦冬收获机的完善和作业参数优化提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of difficult root soil separation and vulnerable stems and seedlings during the harvest of ophiopogon japonicus,a small crawler type harvester with front excavation was designed.The harvester was composed of excavation device,transport screening device,hydraulic device and walking device.In order to determine the feasibility of the harvester,a regression model was established according to the three factors and three levels response interview method.The regression model was optimized to obtain the optimal parameter combination:the forward speed of the machine was 0.1m/s,the penetration angle was 20°,the rotation speed of the vibration chain was 190r/min,and the vibration frequency of the vibration wheel was 600Hz.Under the optimal parameter combination,the harvest damage rate of ophiopogon japonicus was 2.94%,the open stem rate was 96.7%,and the soil bearing rate was 12.5%,which achieved a better harvest effect.This study can provide reference for the improvement of winter wheat harvester and the optimization of operating parameters.
