摘要
为进一步提升我国智能插秧机的综合作业效率,基于数值分析算法理念展开核心控制与机构的优化研究。从整机的主体结构组成入手,结合插秧作业的功能实现,建立核心算法的插秧设计架构,并进行硬件功能分配及计算动作指令下的控制布置。整机作业试验表明:数值分析算法下的智能插秧机各组件及模块作业执行良好,优化效果显著;在满足深度合格率与插秧合格率的基础上,整机秧苗漏插率可降低至4.01%,秧苗直立度提升至90.52%,综合作业效率相对提升至95.15%,是数值算法精准性与科学性的最佳体现;整机得到合理配置,对于智能插秧装备的深度优化具有参考价值。
In order to further improve the comprehensive operation efficiency of intelligent rice transplanter in China,the optimization research of its core control and mechanism was carried out based on the concept of numerical analysis algorithm.Starting with the main structure of the whole machine,combined with the functional practice of transplanting operation,the transplanting design architecture of the core algorithm was established,the hardware function allocation and the control layout under the calculation action command were designed,and the operation test of the whole machine was carried out.It showed that the operation of each component and module of the intelligent transplanter under the numerical analysis algorithm performed well,and the optimization effect was remarkable.On the basis of meeting the depth qualification rate and transplanting qualification rate,the missed transplanting rate of the whole machine could be reduced to 4.01%,the verticality of the seedlings could be increased to 90.52%,and the comprehensive operation efficiency could be relatively increased to 95.15%,which would be the best embodiment of the accuracy and scientific of the numerical algorithm.The reasonable configuration of the whole machine would have positive enlightening value for the deep improvement of intelligent transplanting equipment.
