基于Catia的水稻收获机变速箱三维结构设计

摘要 针对水稻收获机大负荷作业时变速箱会出现传动效率降低、打齿、跳齿以及可靠性下降等现象,基于Catia对水稻收获机的变速箱进行了三维结构设计。变速箱采用HMT组合式变速箱,主要组成包括箱体、HMT变速器、换档变速机构、前桥和转向变速机构。为了保证传动系统的性能和传动效率,对HMT变速器的参数进行理论模型的设计,并对系统模型的传动比、行星排的齿数等参数进行了设计和计算,同时将参数输入Catia软件即可进行建模。为了验证水稻收获机的性能,进行直线和转向性能试验,结果表明:变速箱在换挡过程中较平稳,变速器性能可以达到设计要求。 Aiming at the problem of transmission efficiency reduction,gear beating,gear hopping and reliability decline when the harvester was under heavy load,the three-dimensional structure of the rice harvester gearbox was designed based on Catia.The transmission adopted HMT conbined transmission,it was constituted of box,HMT transmission,gear shifting mechanism,front axle and steering gear shifting mechanism.To ensure the performance and efficiency of the transmission system,the theoretical model of HMT transmissioni parameter was designed,and the transmission ratio of the system model the number of the teeth of planetary row and other parameters were designed and calculated.Input the parameters into Catia software for modeling.To verify the performance of the rice harvester,the linear and steering performance tests were carried out.The test results show that the transmission was stable in the process of shift,and the transmission performance could meet the design requirements.
