摘要
气助式静电喷雾技术在果园植保机械中被广泛应用,能够有效增加雾滴在叶片背面的沉积。为此,通过数值仿真计算了气助式静电喷头的电极环中心线上的电场分布,并根据电极环的轮廓参数设计正交试验研究了电极环外径、内径和厚度对电场强度影响的显著性;确定了最优工作参数为外径30mm、内径4mm和厚度1mm;根据最优工作参数研究了荷电电压对电场强度和荷质比的影响规律,当荷电电压为3kV时,荷质比达到3.41mC/kg。
Air-assisted electrostatic spraying technology is widely used in orchard plant protection machinery,which can effectively increase the deposition of droplets on the back of leaves.The electric field distribution on the centerline of the electrode ring of the air-assisted electrostatic spray nozzle was calculated by numerical simulation.The significance of the influence of the outer diameter,inner diameter and thickness of the electrode ring on the electric field strength was studied by designing orthogonal tests according to the contour parameters of the electrode ring,and the optimal working parameters of 30 mm outer diameter,4 mm inner diameter and 1 mm thickness were determined.The influence law of the charging voltage on the electric field strength and charge-to-mass ratio was studied according to the optimal working parameters The charge-to-mass ratio reaches 3.41 mC/kg when the charge voltage is 3 kV.
