林地履带式作业车辆软底质行走通过性能研究

摘要 基于车辆地面力学理论,构建了特定土壤的承压特性模型和剪切特性模型,并针对湖南省长沙市浏阳市镇头镇油茶林种植区域的特定土壤进行土力学试验,得出土壤沉陷指数n=0.9447、内聚变形模量k_(c)=210.4047kN/m^(n+1)、摩擦变形模量k_(φ)=5674.4kN/m^(n+2)、内摩擦角φ=19.6488°,黏聚力c=66.26302kPa。同时,采用多体动力学建模与仿真软件RecurDyn建立履带作业车辆模型,进行了直线行驶仿真分析,研究了履带作业车辆行走通过性能。 Based on the theory of vehicle ground mechanics,this paper constructs a model of the bearing characteristics and shear characteristics of a specific soil,and conducts a soil mechanics test for the specific soil in the Camellia oleifera plantation area in Zhentou Town,Liuyang City,Changsha City,Hunan Province,and obtains the soil subsidence index n=0.9447,cohesive deformation modulus k_(c)=210.4047kN/m^(n+1),frictional deformation modulus k_(φ)=5674.4kN/m^(n+2),internal friction angleφ=19.6488°,cohesion c=66.26302kPa.The multi-body dynamics modeling and simulation software RecurDdyn is used to establish the crawler operation vehicle-ground model,and the straight-line driving simulation analysis is carried out,and the running performance of the crawler operation vehicle is studied.
