以奥马哈系统为指导的延续护理对肝硬化出院患者治疗依从性的影响

Effect of continuous nursing guided by Omaha system on treatment compliance of discharged patients with liver cirrhosis

目的探析以奥马哈系统为指导的延续护理在肝硬化出院患者中的实施效果和价值。方法按随机数字表法将2020年1月至2022年1月福建省三明市第一医院收治的100例肝硬化患者分入对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理及门诊随访,观察组采用以奥马哈系统为指导的延续护理。比较2组治疗依从性、肝功能指标及生活质量。结果出院3个月和6个月后,观察组的Frankl依从量表评分、慢性肝病生活质量问卷评分,以及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转氨酶(ALT)、总胆汁酸(TBA)和总胆红素(TBIL)水平均较同一时间的对照组更优,且2组均优于同组出院前,均有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。结论对肝硬化出院患者实施以奥马哈系统为指导的延续护理,对其治疗依从性提升、肝功能和生活质量改善等均可产生积极影响。

Objective To explore the implementation effect and value of continuous nursing guided by the Omaha system in discharged patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods According to the random number table method,a total of 100 discharged patients with liver cirrhosis from Sanming First Hospital,Fujian Province were divided into a control group and an observation group between January 2020 and January 2022.Both groups contained 50 patients.The control group carried out routine nursing and outpatient follow-up,while the observation group carried out continuous nursing guided by the Omaha system.The treatment compliance,liver function parameters,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 and 6 months after discharge,the observation group had better scores of the Frankl Compliance Scale and the Chronic Liver Disease Questionnaire,as well as better levels of aspartate transaminase(AST),alanine transaminase(ALT),serum total bile acid(TBA),and total bilirubin(TBIL)than the control group,and both groups performed better than they did before discharge,with statistical differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous nursing guided by the Omaha system for discharged patients with liver cirrhosis has a positive impact on their treatment compliance,liver function,and quality of life.
