聚甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯纳滤膜的制备

摘要 为了提高聚甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(PDM)纳滤膜的渗透分离性能,以聚醚砜(PES)超滤膜为基层膜材料,PDM水溶液为涂层材料,1,3,5-三溴甲基苯(TBB)环己烷溶液为交联剂材料进行界面聚合,制备了PDM/PES复合纳滤膜。考察了制膜工艺对膜渗透分离性能的影响,并用SEM、XPS对膜结构进行表征。结果表明在涂层液PDM质量分数为0.6%,涂层时间为30 s,交联剂溶液TBB浓度为40 mmol/L,交联时间30 s下制备的纳滤膜具有较好的渗透分离性能,对MgSO 4截留率可达91.17%,通量为31.63 L/(m^(2)·h)。 In order to improve the permeation and separation performance of poly(-N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate)(PDM)nanofiltration membrane,PDM/PES composite nanofiltration membranes were prepared by interfacial polymerization using polyethersulfone(PES)ultrafiltration membrane as the base membrane material,PDM aqueous solution was used as the coating material,and 1,3,5-tribromomethylbenzene(TBB)cyclohexane solution was used as the crosslinking agent.The effect of parameters in membrane preparation process on the permeation and separation performance of the membrane was investigated.The membrane structure was characterized by SEM and XPS.The nanofiltration membrane prepared with the coating solution PDM mass fraction of 0.6%,coating time of 30 s,crosslinking agent solution TBB concentration of 40 mmol/L and crosslinking time of 30 s had a good permeation and separation performance.The rejection rate of MgSO 4 reached 91.17%,and the flux was 31.63 L/(m^(2)·h).
