高氮掺杂碳材料催化乙苯氧化的研究

摘要 以盐酸胍和柠檬酸为原料,获得了高氮掺杂碳材料,并评价了其在乙苯氧化制备苯乙酮反应中的催化性能。通过调节热解温度和盐酸胍的用量,获得了不同氮含量的氮掺杂碳材料。研究发现,热解温度为900℃、氮掺杂量为8.59%的氮掺杂碳材料表现出优异的乙苯氧化性能,其转化率和苯乙酮的选择性分别达到82.09%和91.63%。BET分析表明,该材料中的介孔比表面积越大,越有利于提高其催化性能。XPS分析进一步表明,C=O是乙苯氧化的活性位点。 Carbon materials doped with high content of nitrogen were obtained using guanidine hydrochloride and citric acid as raw materials,and their catalytic performance in the oxidation of ethylbenzene to acetophenone was evaluated.By adjusting the calcination temperature and the amount of guanidine hydrochloride,nitrogen-doped carbon materials with different nitrogen contents were obtained.The nitrogen-doped carbon materials with N content of 8.59% synthesized at the calcination temperature of 900℃ exhibited excellent ethylbenzene oxidation performance,and their conversion and selectivity were 82.09% and 91.63%,respectively.BET analysis showed that the larger the mesoporous specific surface area of synthesized materials,the better their catalytic performance.XPS analysis further showed that C=O was the active site for the oxidation of ethylbenzene.
