摘要
聚氨酯是由氰酸酯和羟基在一定温度下结合制备而成的,主要应用在胶粘剂当中。本文对甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-100)与三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)制备聚氨酯固化剂工艺进行了优化,充分考虑了在不同条件实验下产品的粘度、容忍度、游离TDI、-NCO含量参数,并考虑了高温引起的胶化问题。实验结果表明,在TDI-100与TMP的配比为1.95、加入催化剂后的反应温度65℃、反应时间5 h、催化剂加入量为0.08%(相当于TDI质量),磷酸作为终止剂时,其游离TDI量为0.4达到国家标准,容忍度为2.7 g/g,-NCO含量为13.9%,并且粘度适中不会发生胶化。
Polyurethane is prepared by combining cyanate esters and hydroxyl groups at a certain temperature and is mainly used in adhesives.The process of preparing polyurethane curing agent using toluene diisocyanate(TDI-100)and trimethylolpropane(TMP)was optimized,fully considering the viscosity,tolerance,free TDI,-NCO content parameters of the product under different experimental conditions,and considering the gelation problem caused by high temperature.The experimental results showed that when the ratio of TDI-100 to TMP was 1.95,the reaction temperature after adding the catalyst was 65℃,the reaction time was 5 h,and the amount of catalyst added was 0.08%(equivalent to TDI mass).When phosphoric acid was used as the termination agent,its free TDI amount was 0.4,meeting the national standard,the tolerance was 2.7 g/g,the-NCO content was 13.9%,and the viscositywas moderate without gelation.
