沱河宿州埇桥段沉积物中DOM分布情况研究

摘要 本研究通过沱河流经城市水体中的有色可溶解性有机质物(CDOM)、溶解性有机质(DOM)、自生源(S_(R))、芳香性(SUVA_(254))、疏水性(SUVA_(260))及藻密度(A_(440)),得出沱河流经宿州市区后输入大量小分子DOM,CDOM浓度上升了78%;流经宿州市城区之后分子量减小,DOM分子量下降47.6%。城市输入DOM以疏水性和芳香性的DOM为主,这增加了水体污染的潜力;河流流经城市后,它的外源输入有明显的增加并且有营养盐等的输入,促进了水体当中藻类的生长,使得水体当中藻密度增加。 In this study,through the colored dissolved organic matter(CDOM),dissolved organic matter(DOM),autochthonous(S_(R)),aromaticity(SUVA_(254)),hydrophobicity(SUVA_(260))and algae density(A_(440))in the urban water body of the Tuo River,it is concluded that the Tuo River enters a large number of small molecule DOM after passing through Suzhou City,and the concentration of CDOM increases by 78%.After flowing through the urban area of Suzhou,the molecular weight of DOM decreased by 47.6%.The urban input DOM is dominated by hydrophobic and aromatic DOM,which increases the potential for water pollution,after the river flows through the city,its exogenous input has increased significantly and there is input of nutrients,which promotes the growth of algae in the water body and increases the density of algae in the water body.
