摘要
聚乙烯环管反应器轴流泵有两套机械密封,靠近反应器内部称之为主密封,主机械密封密封采两级串联密封结构,辅助密封采用API plan53C+plan32形式。轴流泵外部机械密封称之为隔离密封,隔离密封采用API plan52的单级密封与主密封串连,有效的保证了轴流泵安全可靠的运行,在运行过程中,一级密封油储罐液位上涨,密封油粘度下降,机械密封失效,通过对机械密封结构和冲洗介质物理特性进行分析,解决了机封失效的问题。
There are two sets of mechanical seals for the axial-flow pump of the polyethylene ring tube reactor,which is called the main seal near the inside of the reactor.The main mechanical seal adopts the two-stage series sealing structure,and the auxiliary seal adopts the form of API plan53C+plan32.Axial flow pump external mechanical seal is called isolation seal,isolation seal using API plan52 single-stage seal and the main seal in series,effectively ensure the safe and reliable operation of axial flow pump,in the process of operation,a primary sealing oil tank liquid level rise,sealing oil viscosity decline,mechanical seal failure.By analyzing the mechanical seal structure and the physical characteristics of the washing medium,the problem of mechanical seal failure was solved.
