基于文献计量分析的离子液体毒理学研究进展

摘要 为分析离子液体毒理学的研究进展和发展方向,以2000-2021年Web of Science核心数据库中检索到的4 178篇离子液体毒理学相关文献为研究对象,使用VOSviewer、HistCite软件对4 178篇文献的国家、机构、作者、关键词等进行可视化分析。研究结果表明:离子液体毒理学领域的文献数量逐年递增,中国的发文量和被引频次遥遥领先其他国家,且目前论文研究主要是机构内的团队合作,独立性较强,虽然中国的机构和作者在发文量上排名靠前,但是平均被引频次并不突出;离子液体毒理学的研究多以咪唑类离子液体为主,研究重点集中在评估生物的致死情况和体内成分含量变化以及构建离子液体-生物的构效关系模型上;离子液体毒性机制和复合污染等将是未来的研究焦点。 In order t To analyze the research status and development trend of ionic liquids toxicology,VOSviewer and HistCite software were used to visually analyze the countries,institutions,authors,keywords,etc.of 4178 ionic liquids toxicology related to literatures in the Web of Science core database from 2000 to 2021.The results show that:the number of literatures in the field of ionic liquids toxicology is increasing year by year,and China is far ahead of other countries in both the number of papers published and the total citation score.At present,the paper is mainly based on team cooperation within institutions,with strong independence.Although Chinese institutions and authors rank higher in the number of papers published,their total local citation score is not outstanding.The main research object of focus of research in ionic liquids toxicology is imidazolium.The research focuses on the evaluation of lethality and composition changes in organisms,and the construction of structure-activity relationship models between ionic liquids and organisms.The mechanism of ionic liquids toxicity and combined pollution may be the focus of future research.
