2种环境友好药剂对烟田棉铃虫室内毒力与田间防效

Laboratory Toxicity and Field Efficacy of Two Environmentally-friendly Pesticides on Helicoverpa armigera(Hübner)in Tobacco Fields

摘要 为有效防治烟田棉铃虫,采用浸叶饲喂法测定多杀霉素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐等安全性药剂对棉铃虫的室内毒力,并通过田间药效试验明确了其对棉铃虫的田间防治效果。室内毒力结果表明,多杀霉素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对棉铃虫具有较高的室内毒力,药后48 h的LC_(50)分别为2.213、0.022 mg/L。田间防效结果表明,多杀霉素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的田间应用速效性均相对较低,持效性相对较高;10%多杀霉素SC制剂量300~375 mL/hm^(2)处理药后7 d更正防效为91.69%~87.51%,0.5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐EC制剂量1500~1875 mL/hm^(2)处理药后7 d更正防效为89.57%~88.67%,两者均能较好地控制烟田棉铃虫的危害。 In order to effectively control the Helicoverpa armigera(Hübner)in tobacco fields,the laboratory toxicity of environmentally-friendly pesticides,such as spinosad and emamectin benzoate,to Helicoverpa armigera(Hübner)was determined by leaf dipping feeding method.And its field efficacy on Helicoverpa armigera(Hübner)was confirmed through field efficacy trials.The laboratory toxicity result showed that spinosad and emamectin benzoate had high laboratory toxicity to Helicoverpa armigera(Hübner).The LC_(50) values at 48 hours after administration were 2.213 and 0.022 mg/L,respectively.The results of field control showed that the field application of Spinosad and Emamectin benzoate had lower quick effect and higher sustained effect.After 7 days of treatment,with a dosage of 300-375 mL/hm^(2)of 10%spinosad SC,the corrected control effect was 91.69%-87.51%,and the corrected control effect of 0.5%emamectin benzoate EC 1500-1875 mL/hm^(2) was 89.57%-88.67%.In total,both pesticides can effectively control the harm of Helicoverpa armigera(Hübner)in tobacco fields.
