乡村振兴是包含产业、人才、文化、组织和生态全面振兴的系统工程。绿色发展作为引领经济社会全面绿色转型的重要理念和目标路径,是实现乡村振兴的必由之路。当前,绿色发展理念在乡村振兴中的丰富意蕴主要体现在绿色产业、绿色人才、绿色文化、绿色政治和绿色生态5个方面。牢牢把握绿色发展是保障农产品生产功能的必然选择,是丰富村民精神世界的必要保证,是实现乡村善治的必由之路,是筑牢乡村生态屏障安全的必然要求,是发挥乡村绿色人才作用的必然途径。通过构建“产业+生态”融合模式、坚持绿色人才本土培育和外部引进相结合、践行习近平生态文明思想、构筑“山清水秀”的政治生态环境、优化乡村生态环境,从而形成绿色发展理念引领乡村全面振兴的系统化路径,进而提高乡村振兴的效力效能。

Rural revitalization is a systematic project that involves the comprehensive revitalization of industries,talents,culture,organizations and ecology.Green development,as a significant concept and goal path leading the green transformation of the economy and society,is the way to achieve rural revitalization.Currently,the rich implication of green development concept in rural revitalization includes five aspects:green industry,green talents,green culture,green politics and green ecology.Firmly grasping green development is an inevitable choice to ensure agricultural production functions,a necessary guarantee to enrich the spiritual world of villagers,an imperative path to achieve good governance in rural areas,a guaranteed requirement to build a strong ecological barrier in rural areas,and as well the crucial way to play the role of green talents in rural areas.By building a fusion model of‘industry and ecology’,adhering to the combination of local cultivation of green talents and external introduction,and practicing the ecological civilization ideology of Xi Jinping,a political ecological environment of‘picturesque scenery’is established.Meanwhile,optimizing the rural ecological environment is also required to form a systematic path of green development concept leading integrated rural revitalization,ultimately enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of rural revitalization.
