This paper aims to explore the application of "matrix management" teaching mode in product design practice teaching,aiming at improving students' practical ability and innovation ability.This paper first summarizes the basic concepts and characteristics of matrix management teaching mode,and emphasizes its innovation and advantages in the field of education.Secondly,from the two aspects of "matrix management" teaching mode construction mechanism and "matrix management" teaching mode construction approach,this paper expounds how to build "matrix management" teaching mode of product design specialty.Finally,will The construction mechanism and construction approach should be applied to practical teaching and verified and studied in order to cultivate design talents who can adapt to future needs.
